1646 regularly takes photography, audio, and video materials in our experimental art space.
1646 reserves the right to take visual and audio recordings in our spaces at Boekhorststraat 125 and 127 in The Hague.
We want to make our visitors aware that, by entering 1646, the visitor grants permission for the publication and use of this material.
The visual and audio material may be used for advertisements, social media, newsletters, our website, and other promotional purposes.
If a visitor is recognizable in published visual material and wishes to object to the disclosure, they can submit a complaint via info@1646.nl.
If an objection is raised, we will do our best to prevent the publication of the material. If this is not possible, we will make an effort not to republish it.
